.TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping to AHR — AHR must be notified in advance of all shipments coming to us. Be sure to carefully pack and insure all shipments.

Shipping terms — Shipments will be made to customers via United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) or Federal Express. AHR has the right to choose shipping carriers. All prices quoted in the price lists do not include shipping and handling charges

F.F.L. Requirements — Shipments of NEW rifles or pistols can only be made to Federal Firearms License holders. If you do not hold a Federal Firearms License, contact a gun shop, sporting goods store or gunsmith, as most of these will help you in the transfer. Please include a signed copy of the F.F.L. when ordering these products. If you are sending a rifle or pistol to us for repair and you already own the rifle or pistol you may ship it directly to us.  We will in turn ship it directly back to you.  Pistols must be shipped NEXT DAY only!  Law Enforcement, please include a signed copy of your exemption certificate.

.Payment Terms — Master Card, Visa and Discover cards accepted.  Personal checks are accepted. A deposit of 50% is required on all orders.  ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM OF 6% RESTOCKING AND PROCESSING FEE.

Export license requirements — Certain products require an export permit from the State Department

Excise tax may be added to the cost of all rifles where AHR has supplied the action and barrel. Please inquire regarding Excise tax if you are supplying the barreled action, as the amount of tax varies depending on the situation.
